My life in Groningen

My life turn to a new stage--Netherlands. I told everybody I enjoy here very much. The school is really something what I want and school's lecturers all are talk good english. There is more choice in supermarket. And I like fresh fish from fish market as well.

The living condition although ia not as good as Forssa, but still easy to adpoted. Luckly there is not much snow, only wind and rain. Beer is cheap, good for Finns. The people around us more international and well-educated. Our floormates came from everywhere. There is some Chinese, couple of them from Pakistan, one from Eypt, one from Iran, one italian and couple of Finns. In addition to, half of them study Master degree, couple of them study Doctor degree. It's not as same as Forssa, only Bacholor students, half of them came from China, half of them came from Africa, a few Finns and Nepalese.

I like everyday learn some new things. Sometimes learn Dutch. Sometimes have to prepare my exam. I like the way of study here, read a lot and self-study in short time, maybe high-effience can got more knowledge. Recently I have to prepare my sector analysis exam. Hence, I have to read the strategy marketing book written by a dutch professor assistant.

Two new things can share in here after I read that book. One is three-in-one which means that put restaurant, cafe and bake shop togather. Nowadays, more and more people would like to eat less and many times a day, hence there is trend called grazing. This life style is because of fast speed life and normally don't have enough time to cook.

McDoland try to do three-in-one. And recently visit some bar, it is really something like all-in-one, since there is easy food like sandwich, bread, coffee. Also has beer and alchol, then you can order really dinner as well such pasta. Suddenly felt I am living in what I learn. The theory no longer boring.

Another thing is cooperation between different industry, for example, car manufacture FIAT cooperate with fashion company Diesel. Another example is fashion company PRADA cooperate with mobile phone company LG(This mobile in Netherlands is within top 5 popular phone). I guess this kind of cooperation will become more and more popular. The reason is young people like flow the fashion, always want have special products show their own style especially those people have spending power. The trend is intersting and new thing for me.
